Castrol Spheerol™ BNS 2 is a high-temperature, non-melting grease for lubricating plain and roller bearings. It has no drop point and is formulated from an oxidation-resistant, thermally stable base oil with an inorganic thickener.

Description: Castrol Spheerol™ BNS 2 is a high-temperature, non-melting grease for lubricating plain and roller bearings. It has no drop point and is formulated from an oxidation-resistant, thermally stable base oil with an inorganic thickener.
Application: Spheerol BNS 2 is suitable for lubricating bearings operating at high temperatures, such as soot blower bearings, carriage bearings for hardening, drying in tunnel ovens, and bearings in bitumen mixing plants, cranes in foundries, etc. Spheerol BNS 2 can be used within a temperature range of -20ºC to +150ºC, and for short periods at temperatures up to +220ºC. Frequent re-greasing or grease changes may be necessary depending on application requirements.
