Description
Sinopec EP Golden Grease is a multi-purpose extreme pressure grease, formulated using advanced nanotechnology, NanoShield. It is prepared through the saponification of high-activity nanoprecursors and fatty acids to form compact and stable metal soap fibers in high-quality mineral base oil. The product contains extreme pressure and anti-wear additives, providing excellent extreme pressure, anti-wear protection, superior lubricity, as well as outstanding mechanical stability, water resistance, adhesion, sealing, and rust resistance. It ensures excellent performance and long life, even in severe service conditions such as shock loading and water contamination.
Applications:
Sinopec EP Golden Grease is suitable for use in:
- Lubrication and protection of medium to heavily loaded and low or medium speed mechanical equipment such as construction machinery, agricultural machinery, ceramics (such as polishing machines, transmission bearings).
- Application for motor bearings, metallurgy (such as conveying roller tables), automobiles (chassis, wheel hubs), and conventional general machinery, etc.
- Applications where the temperature range is from -20℃ to 110℃.
