Description
Sinopec LC Mining Grease is a high extreme pressure lubricating grease, formulated with high viscosity mineral base oil (> 400 cSt at 40°C) and a lithium complex thickener. It is available in NLGI grades 1 and 2. The grease contains antioxidants, EP additives, and solid lubricating additive Molybdenum disulfide (MoS2 or ‘moly’), providing protection for equipment operating under harsh conditions and vibratory loads in various applications such as mining equipment (rock crushers), wood pellet mills, and feed pellet mills.
Applications:
Sinopec LC Mining Grease is suitable for use in:
- Lubrication of off-road mining equipment, especially for slow-speed rolling bearings and plain bearings (bushings) under very high load, shock load, and vibration conditions.
- Heavy construction equipment, earth-moving machinery, mobile and stationary equipment.
- Heavy-duty applications in hard-to-reach locations requiring extended lubrication intervals.
