ContactProduct Description Tribol™ GR 100 PD-2 (previously known as Longtime™ PD) is a lithium grease formulated with highly refined mineral base oil and enhanced with Microflux Trans (MFT) additive system. MFT technology provides optimal anti-wear protection and extremely low friction even under extreme pressure, vibration, shock loads, high or low speeds, and varying micro-surface finishes of friction surfaces. Under severe loads, MFT additives are activated, improving the frictional properties of surfaces through plastic deformation. The organic compounds in the reaction become part of the friction polymer system. Unlike conventional lubricants, the friction polymers formed by MFT are long-chain compounds with excellent lubricating and adhesive properties. This means that the load-bearing surfaces are reinforced and the hydrodynamic lubrication film is more easily maintained. This unique physicochemical reaction forms a micro-smooth surface that is not destroyed on friction surfaces.
